5-Step Placement Process

1) In-Home Consultationnanny-with-two-kids

Contact Jack and Jill by phone, email, text or website inquiry so we can set up a time to discuss your childcare needs. We will have a lengthy conversation with each family in person to get to know your family dynamics and access what your needs are so we can specifically introduce nanny applicants who will fit the qualifications that you are seeking. At this time, a registration fee of $200.00 is due that goes toward the final placement fee.

2) Screening

We will conduct a job specific nanny search on your behalf. We will conduct a prescreening phone interview with each nanny candidate, then meet each applicant for an in-depth interview. At this time, we will verify past employment and do a thorough reference check on each possible candidate.

3) Family Interview

Once we have qualified candidates to match your description, we will send you their nanny profile. Each nanny profile includes a comprehensive summary of the nanny’s background, qualifications, and work related experience. We will also include detailed notes from each candidates interview. At this point, arrangements are made for you to meet the candidate.

Once you have selected the best pre-screened candidate for your nanny position, you will then have a placement meeting with your new nanny and review the agreement details together. At this meeting, you and your nanny will sign your agreement together and can possibly do a working interview. An extensive background check is conducted at this time

5) On-Going Support

Selecting the best candidate is just the beginning of making a successful placement. Jack and Jill Nanny Agency will assist you in bringing the candidate on board as your employee by giving you tax information and a work agreement. We offer assistance to ensure that expectations are clear and clearly met. We also follow-up on every placement to ensure that the employment relationship is a mutual fit . We do everything possible to help make certain this will be a long-term placement. If, however, for any reason the situation is not working out, we have a 90 day guarantee policy where we begin the search all over again and find the right fit for you and your family at no charge.
